Jacques LaLande



M. LaLande was born in Chateaurenard, Provence, in 1921. He studied at L'Ecole des Beaux-Arts de Montpellier from 1939 to 1941and at L'Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Paris and Atelier Souverbie from 1946 to 1947. His versatile career has included theatrical designs, ceramics, dress designs, as well as paintings. It was not until 1960, that he decided to concentrate mainly on graphics.
