Shipping:

Our Shipping, packing and insurance charges are determined by the dimensions of  the item. Items are prepared for shipment, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs. Buyer pays all shipping expenses, which are based on zip code, weight and dimensions of the packaged item along with insurance.

If you are outside of the Continental United States, please contact us, prior to purchasing, for packaging and shipping costs.


Authenticity

All buyers will receive a Letter of Provenance with every piece of artwork purchased

from Lublin/Touchstone.


Payments:

Pay Pal is our preferred method of payment for items being shipped.


We do accept personal checks and money orders.  Please contact us for information.


All Connecticut and Florida residents will be charged state sales tax during the checkout process.



Return Policy:

Returns are accepted. Buyers must contact us at Lublin/Touchstone to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please be sure to take out insurance, as returned items not to be accepted if they are damaged in shipping.


We must receive items being returned within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to you.
